1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• The product is damaged or defective upon arrival (must be reported within 24 hours with supporting images/videos)
• The wrong product was delivered
• A refund request is made within 2 days of receiving the order, and the item remains unused and in its original packaging

Non-Refundable Items

• Opened or used perfumes, oud oils, or any product altered from its original state
• Orders made using discounts, promotions, or gift vouchers unless the product is damaged
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side

2. Refund Process & Payment Methods

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund based on the original payment method:

Bank Transfer Payments

• Refunds processed within 7–10 business days
• Bank transfer fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount

Stripe (Credit/Debit Card Payments)

• Refunds processed within 7–14 business days
• Stripe transaction fees are non-refundable and will be deducted

Tabby (Buy Now, Pay Later)

• Refunds processed through Tabby and reflected in your Tabby account
• Tabby service fees may not be refundable per their policy

Oudaholic reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without notice. Your continued use of the website after any modifications to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

For Perfumes & Oud Oils

• For external use only. Do not ingest or apply to broken or irritated skin
• Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes
• Keep out of reach of children and pets
• Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat
• In case of skin irritation, discontinue use and consult a physician
• For Perfumes: Flammable – keep away from open flames or high heat

For Oud Chips and Bukhoor

• Use only with a safe, heat-resistant incense burner
• Place on a stable, fire-safe surface and never leave burning chips unattended
• Keep away from flammable materials, children, and pets
• Ensure proper ventilation while burning
• Allow ashes to cool completely before disposal

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
